“Adams Farm Living and Rehab helped us so much when my mother-in-law needed rehab. Besides giving my mother-in-law extraordinary care, they also helped us to place her in memory care and arrange financing. The people at Adams Farm were so kind and caring!!! Chuck, Kristy and Carmela cared for us like we were family.”

“I was only visiting but from what i could see, it was nice and the staff were very accommodating.”
