Senior Home Review is currently in a beta/validation phase. Orders placed today are not charged — the checkout says so on the confirmation page — so there is nothing to refund. The policy below describes the guarantee that applies when paid report delivery begins.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
When paid service is live: if a report doesn't give you the clarity you paid for, tell us within 30 days of deliveryand we'll refund the full purchase price. No forms, no interrogation — one email to support@seniorhomereview.com (or the contact form) with your order number.
The one honest caveat
A report compiles what exists in the public record. A refund request because the record itself is thinner than hoped — a facility with a clean, short history produces a short report — is still honored within the 30 days; we'd just ask that you not order reports intending to refund them systematically. Abuse of the guarantee (repeated order-and-refund patterns) may result in refusal of future orders.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
