1. Who we are
Senior Home Review (“we,” “us”) operates seniorhomereview.com, a service that compiles background reports on senior care facilities in the United States from public records — state licensing files, federal CMS data, corporate registrations, and court records. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. What our reports are — and are not
Our facility listings and reports are compiled from public records maintained by government agencies. We work to keep them current and accurate, but we do not originate this data and cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. Records can lag reality; facilities change ownership, names, and licensing status.
Our content is informational only. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation for or against any facility. A report is one input to your decision — visit facilities, talk to staff and residents, and consult the professionals involved in your family member's care before deciding.
3. Beta status
Senior Home Review is currently operating in a beta/validation phase. During this phase, orders placed through the site are recorded but no payment is charged and reports are not automatically delivered. The order flow states this at the point of purchase. These terms will be updated before any paid service begins.
4. Acceptable use
You may use this site to research facilities for personal or professional placement decisions. You may not scrape the site at volume, misrepresent our data as your own, use the data to harass facilities or individuals, or attempt to disrupt the service. Facility operators may contact us to correct any record.
5. No warranty · limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senior Home Review is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions made about facility placement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report at issue.
6. Intellectual property
The underlying public records are not ours and remain public. Our compilation, presentation, analysis, and site design are ours. You may share links to our pages freely (please do); you may not republish our compiled reports commercially without permission.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
