Senior Home Review
Methodology

From 72 public sources
to one report.

Every Senior Home Review report follows the same pipeline. We don't generate data — we compile and translate public records that already exist, so every claim is verifiable.

01

Acquisition

Each week, we pull the latest licensing and inspection records from all 50 state Department of Health Services agencies, plus federal CMS Nursing Home Compare data and CDC long-term-care infection reporting.

02

Normalization

State agencies use different file formats, code systems, and severity scales. We translate everything into a single schema so every report compares facilities consistently.

03

Decoding

Citation codes like 'F684' or 'L0036' are opaque. We pair each code with its regulatory text and rewrite it into a plain-English finding a non-clinician can understand.

04

Court & corporate lookup

For Advanced tier reports we pull federal court dockets (PACER) and state-level corporate filings to surface owners, parent entities, lawsuits, and judgments at generation time.

05

Citation

Every line in your report references the public-record source it came from — agency name, document ID, and the date we pulled it. You can verify any claim yourself.
