How long does a facility background check take?
90% of our reports are delivered within 48 hours of the order. Occasionally orders on a Friday or Saturday may take up to 3 days if we need time to validate findings prior to finalizing a report.
Do I need consent from the facility to request this data?
No. The data we collect is either publicly available or can be requested from a variety of government related entities. This is a service so that you can fact check the quality of what has been historically provided to other tenants.
Do you offer discounts if I order multiple checks?
We are working on new packages for those that check across a variety of facilities they are considering. We look forward to delivering on this in 2026.
Why are there different pricing for different levels of reports?
Pricing is an element of the effort and in some cases the costs we have to collect the data from multiple sources. We know that not everybody needs the extended reporting and to keep pricing lower, we created a few different packages.
