The short version
We run our own minimal analytics (no Google Analytics, no ad pixels), we set no tracking cookies, we never store credit card numbers, and we hash IP addresses before saving anything. We collect only what you type into our forms, and we use it only to provide the service.
What we collect — and why
Order details.When you order a report we store your name, email, phone, billing address, the facility, and the report tier — that's what we need to compile and deliver it. We never store card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes — in any form.
Contact messages. When you use the contact form we store your name, email, topic, and message so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Visit analytics. Our own first-party tracker records page views: path, referrer, browser user-agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address (we never store the raw IP). This tells us which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and follows you nowhere.
What we don't do
No third-party analytics or advertising scripts. No tracking cookies. No selling, renting, or sharing your information with data brokers — ever. No email lists you didn't ask for. The only cookie on this site is a session cookie for our own admin login, which regular visitors never receive.
Embedded maps
Facility pages embed a Google Map of the facility's address. The map loads lazily — only if you scroll it into view — at which point Google receives the request and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. That is the only third-party resource on the site.
About the facility data
The facility information we publish (names, addresses, licensing, capacity) is compiled from public government records about licensed businesses — not about private individuals. Facility operators who believe a record is wrong can request a correction.

We keep order and contact records as business records. Email us at support@seniorhomereview.com to ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of your contact/order history, and we'll handle it promptly.
