“I wish I could give more stars, however I found some things that disturbed me. For instance lights are not answered in a timely manner. Patient should be checked at least and if request can wait than explain and then return as promised. I waited 3 hours for a pain pill, the request was made 3 times. I was told it was an agency nurse. To me that should make no difference. My pain built to beyond a …”

“They got me up and running in 8 days. I've had quite a few surgeries and rehab and this visit was the best. Nick, Dan, and the rest of the staff did a great job. My nurses Theresa, Donica, and the rest of the crew along my wound care nurse were a sure pleasure to be around. And then there's Sonya in charge of discharge. I tried to convince her to let me out a few days earlier, I honestly thought …”

“My patient/friend would probably say 5 stars. For me, a meeting was set on a Friday for the following Tuesday by leaving a note taped to his white board. Rehab staff gone by my arrival Friday to visit. I left a response on the note, as I had a DR appt of my own. No one called back, and I was unable to have input at this meeting. Very disappointing.”
