“The staff , most of the employees were kind and helpful , especially the nurses and CNAs who always had a smile and was willing to assist. The therapy team was knowledgeable and patient. They really took the time to explain each step. I felt like they put the effort into making the environment welcoming. They made me feel supported and cared for every step of the way.”
