“Cannot seem to get anything in our room fixed!! Air conditioning is not working well and the doors on the closets are broken and have fallen off. I have asked for help politely and I am not getting anywhere…. Tickets are in weeks later. Management is poor. Excellent care from the staff unfortunately still a bad experience.”
