“I wish I could give this place negative stars. My grandfather got admitted to the hospital Father’s Day (June 21st) he stayed in the hospital for 2 weeks before getting put in Apache Junction Health Center. While recovering at the hospital he was doing great. He was back to his usual self almost. Making jokes, eating, talking to us. As soon as he left and was put in the “health” center, he decline…”
