“This facility has changed hands and for the worse. Two CNA's to cover entire facility. Residents humiliated because they are made to wait so long they mess themselves. Call lights haven't worked in sometime and residents were issued cowbell to ring for help. New management would rather close the door then listen to what residents are saying. Have noticed a new "odor" as well while visiting.”

★★★★★Laquetta Moore · 2026-01-29 · via Google

“I love the atmosphere the CNA are graciously friendly and the residents are super amazing, the nurses and office staff are knowledgeable and understanding.”
