★★★★★jeff olsen · 2026-04-05 · via Google“My in-laws are both residents at Arc of Normal. The staff and management care for our Mom and Dad like they are their own. The recent change in management has been wonderful for the residents and families. They are easy to talk with and are very welcoming. We feel very fortunate to have Mom and Dad where they feel comfortable and cared for.”
★Truth · 2026-05-09 · via Google“This place is a joke and so is the care they provide I feel sorry for those residents, they are just being neglected and taking advantage of that place is just a prison for the elderly . No one cares hence they say they do. Look up IDPH on this nursing home the reviews they put is sad. Just don’t take your family here. You won’t get good care and your family deserves better .”
★★Cindy Frontone · 2026-03-22 · via Google“First visit, no one at the front desk to explain safe entry. When leaving explanation on how to exit was very confusing. Alarm was set off and no one even came to check the door or shut off the alarm. I had to go search someone to shut it off. Makes me wonder if this is a safe place for my friend who is staying there.”
