“This place could be good, but it's not! Many mistake, prescriptions not ordered or used properly, or oversights. Filthy wheelchair, not exactly clean. No assistance with grooming, other than a bath (may or may not have happened twice a week) for bedridden patients. Employees with limited English causing miscommunication. I'll stop now, but there's plenty more. The only star is for the PT and OT st…”
