“I understand completely that the months between March and July have been a pandemic situation. But the way that the atrium handled the care of my grandfather, as well as after care of his belongings once he PASSED from Covid he contracted in the facility was absolutely appalling and completely unsympathetic. My grandfather passed at the height of this pandemic, so understandably we were unable to…”

“i don't know were to start.. first the social services dept. is terrible. they have little or no interest in getting things done..they started working on my mom's release paper and do to their mistake gave out the wrong info so she is now home and still waiting to hear something.. the nurses who give the meds are like the Stepford wives they come in no smile no hello hand you the meds and leave.. …”
