“I would like to say thank you so much to stephani and Kristin and Chrissy for being so kind and caring to my mother while she was here. They all took such good care of my mom and I highly recommend this place for anybody that has a loved one who needs really good care in a great place. Thank you Augusta nursing and rehability for being so good to my mom.”

“Place is in bankruptcy and has pending cases against them for elder neglect. My father in law just spent a week in the Trauma ICU due to their negligence. One aid was great, outside of that the communication with this facility is non existent. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering this facility. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND”

★Lori Lowe · 2026-04-18 · via Google

“My brother was there. He fell out of the bed was let fall out of the recliner. He has ulcers in his private areas where he was not properly cleaned. He was not assisted with his feeding. He is back in the hospital with another UTI and Sepsis. Worst place ever.”
