She shouldn’t be g…”

“Excellent place for a loved one to stay. The employees here really care about, all their patients. Once they learn your name they always say hello and ask how your doing. Which I think is important. They always check up on their patients to help them and make sure they're OK. I highly recommend Avalon to anyone thats worried if this is the right place for their family members. My mom's name is Nan…”

“I live at Avalon. We brought concerns and complaints to the head of the facility, only to have her look us in the eye, and lie, excuse, and pass the buck. With zero results. Some staff and resdents will not complain due to fear of retaliation. She has made it harder mentally to be here than it was before. Sad for residents and staff.”
