“Are there some food things here? Sure, depending upon your needs. Unfortunately, they are short staffed and that makes for a poor experience. My family member has crapped himself several times because a CNA doesn't come to help him up to the bathroom for an hour. He didn't get a shower he was promised for several days. They charge so much and then deliver care like this? It really does not matter …”
