“I have lived at Aviata @Orange Park this time for a year. However I was here for 3 years, left for a little bit and would only come back here when I was told I had to get therapy as I have MS. I had such amazing therapists. The Nursing staff and CNAs are nothing but professionals. The grounds are impeccable, and kept up so nicely. The maintenance staff is always on the ball keeping everything in …”

Secondly, the culture and employees. Beyond the lo…”

Jennika, Jazz, Destiny, Lisa, the activities staff, admin staff, social services staff and of course the OT & PT STAFF WERE CARING & INCREDIBLE! The kitchen definitely needs work, orders were wrong often, special dietary needs not always followed and …”
