“Can not get in touch with your loved ones after hours. The main number is not answered and does not transfer to the nurse's stations, so you and your loved one are totally isolated without communication. The cafeteria is empty. They do not encourage socialization. I have seen no social activities. It looks nice, but lots of problems.”

“If ZERO STARS were an option, this would be the place. Terribly managed facility, dangerously under staffed, and inattentive. Patient dignity and privacy not respected. POOR/NO COMMUNICATION. Patient care skills severely lacking. Would never recommend this facility!”
