“While no long term facility is perfect this one does take feedback and try to make things better. One thing I wish they could get better with would be more consistent RN and CNA help so each resident can recognize and become familiar with who is helping with their care. Older adults respond better with familiar caregivers who demonstrate respect at every interaction.”

“My mother just had a right knee replacement surgery and came here afterwards for rehab. She spent about 2 weeks and she loved it! Staff was great. She had PT and OT everyday (even weekends). They worked hard to make sure she had food that she liked. They have legal restrictions on seasonings due to the type of facility they are but they did their best! The Nurses and staff seemed to enjoy their jo…”
