“Overall, it has been a very positive experience since my wife's arrival last summer. The one area where I think improvement could be made is in dietary choices. My wife expressed that she did not like egg salad sandwiches. Rather than bring her a substitute, they continue to bring egg salad sandwiches. I think closer attention to the residents' written or expressed choices would be very helpful …”

★★★★★Judy Reed · 2026-02-19 · via Google

“Recently completed a tour of Ayers Health and Rehab. Jaime in Admissions was so kind and polite. Vernon in the front office was able to answer all of my financial questions that we had.”

★★★★★Shell Cook · 2024-04-24 · via Google

“My mom has been there. Virginia McCook for going on 7 years. I've pretty much never had a problem. If I have, it's always been dealt with respectfully. But I love this place. They are always doing something. With the residents to keep them happy and involved. I love this place for My mom.. The nurses are very sweet and respectful, and so are the cna's I would highly recommend it.”
