“My husbands grandmother was at this facility and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice we made. The admissions director at this facility was amazing. She is the most caring and understanding person to have to deal with when making this major transition. The physical and occupational staff was wonderful. The nursing director, nursing staff and the aides cared for her as if she were their mo…”

“No Stars. This place is awful. Family made a mistake sending a member there for rehab after partial hip replacement, we removed our family member after ONE night. A particular night shift nurse should be fired for negligence and being extremely ugly in nature to an elder. Be careful sending your cared ones here or don't send at all.”

★★★★★Beth Hollis Grubbs · 2019-08-30 · via Google

Lisa Kelley is always available and just a phone call away when there are questions and/or patients are needing placement. She consistently goes above and beyond to help patients and her community. I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa Reynolds and Lisa over the last 15+ years and…”
