“My mother was at Barbour Court for 12 days due to swelling and difficulty maintaining an appetite to gain weight. THE staff was friendly, helpful, and PATIENT. The nurses greeted her and then they did what they needed to do. The CNA's were detailed oriented.. washed her, and kept her skin from drying out which was a BIG PLUS!!!.. “A few days ago, I went to visit a dear family member and upon entering was greeted with hostility from the personal at the front. She made it seem like I was bothering her. The lady, whom I believe is named Donna was extremely rude and seemed unwilling to help me locate my family member. Also, she seemed more concerned about what was happening in her phone then what was happening in or around her.…”
