“My grandmother Karen Martin is staying here, they had us pay extra because she tried leaving the facility a couple times so forced us to upgrade and spend around $11,000 out of pocket a month to send her to a different special department where they’re suppose to be keeping a closer eye on her. Instead they still allow her to escape, so instead of having someone watch her closely they just drug her…”
