“My mother was in long term care at Blue Heron for 3 yrs We were extremely happy with care and cleanliness. CNA Lisa Lopez is very good and caring and my mother loved her. Special mention for her nurses. Betty,Claudine, Avani Patel, Tejal Patel, Krina Patel and Punita Purohit were very considerate and caring. I hope Blue Heron recognizes them. We have NO complaints about this place. Admi nistrator…”

“Maybe the other part of the facility is nice, but the rehabilitation was horrible for my father. He was recently sent to the hospital just this week. First, they do not answer the call button. It takes them 15-25 minutes before they come. Both my mother in law and I had to clean him after an accident that he had. Second, one night he wait 3 hours for a nurse to help him. Third, our first night the…”

Even when not understaffed some are absolutely lazy and family has to do most of the work! Physical Therapists are shorthanded and the therapy is intermittent. We had a huge problem with one of the nurses a…”
