“Some of the staff at this location are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unkind. I live out of state, and called to check on my grandmother. I was placed on hold and hung up on 3 times. On the 4th call back, I was told “She can’t talk anyway!” I expressed that I was aware of her condition but wanted to speak to her anyway. I was not allowed to do so and was told, “maybe you can later.” Working…”

“I’ve had several elderly family members at different care facilities and from my experience this was/is the best!!”

★★★★Kristal Johnson · 2025-09-16 · via Google

“I have an Uncle as a resident at Blvd Temple a little over a year. I can say that I’m satisfied with care plan set during his stay, therapy given, staff is like one big family. You don’t have to go through this person or that person to talk to Administrator. The Administrator is concerned about issues residents may be facing and helps resolve any issues.”
