“They truly set the standard for what compassionate care should look like. From the moment you walk in, you feel a genuine sense of warmth, respect, and professionalism. The staff go above and beyond not just meeting needs, but building real connections with residents and families. It’s clear this isn’t just a facility it’s a place where people are valued, cared for, and treated with dignity every …”

“I don't know a lot about this place but I'm pretty confused about the reviews I've read. The staff may be great, I've been there a couple of times is all and they've been nice enough to me, however the facility itself is sad! Rooms too small, the smell is just awful and there are way too many people there. It just made me want to take them all out of that place, very depressing!”

★★★★★Brenda Pingleton · 2026-01-26 · via Google

“After the change in ownership and the improvements made over the past few years, this facility is unrecognizable in the best way. It’s cleaner, better run, and the atmosphere is genuinely caring. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else around Frankfort.”
