“My mother has been in this facility twice for rehab to home. She had 2 hip replacements and both times had been treated with respect and dignity. I appreciate the whole staff, cna, nurses, dietary, therapy, activities and housekeeping. They were all so good to her and me. I would send any of my family here and plan to in the future. Thank you Breathitt Health and Rehab.”

“Would not even send my dog here. 0 stars but of course that is not an option to select. Currently sitting in hospice watching my mom die thanks to their neglect. If you value your loved ones I do not recommend sending them here.”

★★★★★Kendra Watkins · 2026-06-23 · via Google

“My grandmother was here before and during end of life and the staff treated her AND us with the utmost care and respect and love through it all!”
