“My dad is currently in this facility for 2 days and I have never been more disappointed. We chose it based on photos that was sent to me by Jennifer. These pictures did not represent the actual facility in which he should stay for rehab it looked like a 5 star suite, and too good to be true, which should’ve been my first sign. I visited my father after work and everyone was in the room lights off…”

Upon entering I noticed immediately that the facility is outdated and poorly maintained. The lobby had faded and torn wallpaper, chipped paint on the entrance door to their cafeteria, a dirty entrance rug, and a huge visible ceiling poorly patched. The atmosphere…”

★Nicholas Nandkishun · 2026-05-07 · via Google

“Starting by saying the administrator is very disrespectful , and doesn’t know how to conduct running the building. The nursing team is horrific they let the patients sit in their own fecal matter for hours until it becomes unbearable. They shower the patients in cold water , and also serve the patients cold food. The building looks like a mental institution instead of being a home for the residents…”
