“I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the treatment and care my mother has been receiving at Broadview Multi-Care Center. Over the past several days, the food being served to her has been unacceptable, both in quality and presentation. The meals look poorly prepared, unbalanced, and honestly depressing for someone who is supposed to be receiving proper care and nutrition. Even more conc…”

“My mother is on the memory care side. Its ok for the most part, sometimes they are understaffed. Also there is no air conditioning on the memory care side but they air conditioning on the assisted living side. Those elderly with mental conditions should have adequate cooling like the rest of the building.”

We would also like to say that the nursing staff has also been great …”
