“Beware. They’ll bait and switch you on pricing. My father wasn’t there for more than 2 months when they increased his room and board rate by $400/mo. Communication is terrible, running a senior facility and letting non payment go on for months without a word to the actual resident or family that balance owed is accruing so you end up receiving a 15k bill.
