“This community is most definitely next level care. My mother arrived July 18th on Hospice and sadly passed on the 21st. Each staff member that we encountered made us feel like family. My mother was treated with such compassion and dignity. Not only did they care for our mother, they each always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. They brought in a cart with coffee and ice water and…”

“My mom has stayed at Brookstone Meadows twice for rehab—once for her foot and once after a heart attack—and both times she was extremely happy with her care. The staff are wonderfully kind and helpful, and the PT & OT teams are absolutely outstanding! She was actually sad to have to go home after her stay Because no one will be there to cater to her and fix her meals 😂 lol.”

★★★★★Evan Sackett · 2025-09-11 · via Google

“My grandmother spent the last 9 months of her life here. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and more than able to answer my questions. I'm very happy with the upkeep of the building it was nice, and not at all depressing. The staff that I encountered were all great, including the kitchen staff. It was truly a burden off my mind to know that my grandma was being well taken care of so well.”
