“Mom was at Brookside, after she failed to progress after a fall. She needed around the clock care. And with all of her other health issues, ended up under hospice care and passed away after a week. All the staff were very good to Mom. All the nurses and CNA's were very professional and took care of her like family. The admin staff were welcoming and answered all our questions. The building is old …”

★Terra Cryer · 2025-12-12 · via Google

“I would rate this nursing facility as the worst facility ever. The office lady is incompetent, the staff violates the HIPPA Laws, the dietary staff is incompetent and the administrator doesn't even care. If you want your loved ones to pass on real quick putting them in this facility will do it.”
