★Danna Bennett · 2025-12-15 · via Google

“I hope they have better staff now. The night nurse was extremely rude the night my mother passed away. Her name was Dawn. We told the Director of nursing what had happened she completely just dismissed us. I would never recommend this establish to anyone if they care about anyone they love. Beware of this place!”

★Diana Holstead · 2026-03-10 · via Google

“The office staff is extremely rude and have attitudes. They seem like they dont want to help with questions and are dismissive. Some of the nursing staff are rude as well, most of them just sit at the nurses station on their phone and when asked questions they appear to be bothered.”

★★★Rich · 2026-06-21 · via Google

“You know???? What's the point in paying a receptionist if the don't answer the phone 80% of the time... some of us have loved ones too get in touch with there.”
