“I was there for rehab 23 days, learning to walk after a bad fall. I had 2 showers and bedding changed once. My bedside kimode overflowed causing me to put my hand in it. The food was horrific and I lost 30 lbs. My clothes were left in the laundry, but I was welcome to go through lost and found. CNA's were quite helpful as were nurses. My overall stay was mentally taxing to tell the truth.”

“CNA'S work hard all the time to take care of all of the elderly direct care needs and the Nurse's respect how hard they work! The nurses work hard too giving every bit of their time for providing medical care and are constantly assessing their residents with good communication with the facility NP! All the staff tries to address any comments or concerns right away.”
