“Only reason I gave 4 stars is because at a 5 there’s no room for improvement. From my 75 year old Mothers arrival day on July 6th 2026 I have seen nothing but excellence from Carrollton Manor. All the Admin Staff Michelle and Cynthia, The Doctor, the Nurses and Techs, Dietary, PT and OT, the people assisting her with baths, even the Gentleman who keeps the floor clean and looking amazing… Everyone…”

“I don’t even want to give one star but I guess you have to. This place is awful. My mother had four stage four bed sores that had to be treaded by wound care specialists daily. She lost about 50 pounds and weighed only 70 pounds when she died there of starvation and malnutrition. That is what it says on her death certificate. We were not allowed to come inside the building to visit her because of …”
