“Food cold, rooms not cleaned everyday, bathrooms not cleaned everyday. CNA (some) didn't understand me when I asked for help. Had a bag of popcorn for a snack and there was a piece of wire in bag and I was lucky I didn't swallow it. No one followed up on with me on what happened . Just not a very good experience”
