“Someone I cared for recently passed. It saddens me the last time I tried to call Citizens I was told I couldn’t speak to them because they didn’t want them get “riled up” by the desk lady. That could’ve been the last time we spoke and my call was denied. As well as Ed is very rude and strange. I do however want to say one of the cnas Sally is awesome and very nice along w a few others.”

Literally everyone - the admissions folks, the social worker, the physical therapists, the unit secretary, the business office, the nurses and aides, etc - was kind and genuinely cared about my father. When it became clear that he wasn't going to reco…”

Today was hamburger day and what they sent up to her was still raw on the inside. Th…”
