“I find it ridiculous that families feel they can't speak on issues regarding the care of their loved ones, without retaliation. No one should have to worry about their loved one being abused while they are receiving rehabilitation services. “I would rather be taken out back and put down like old yeller than spend a day here. Staff does not speak to hospital staff when your family member is sent to the hospital.
