“Our family’s experience with the administrative side of this facility has been very difficult, and I want other families to be prepared. Our sister has a terminal diagnosis and is on hospice care. We expected important matters like Medicaid processing and documentation to be handled with urgency. “Good rehab experience. Staff are like family. Caring and professional. Attentive and respectful. Very clean. Physical therapy services are excellent staffed by dedicated professionals. I hope that I never need rehab but if I ever do, I would go back there.”

“I'll give 1 star because I have to and the therapy department is very good.. ZERO stars for almost everything else. The food is absolutely dreadful, everything tastes like rubber. The beds are barely suitable for inmates. Stupid smoking hours, timeframe makes no sense. should be able to smoke whenever. My roommate told the CNA over an hour ago that she needed to be changed and she's still waiting…”
