“This nursing home/rehab I would never trust again. When my dad was there he was a fall risk and they would not help him the made him sit in the bathroom for 30mins to help help up. Then he had a rash it took 3 different Associates 4hrsto get him cream. We filed a complaint and they said they would follow up and they never got back to us.”

“My husband was in this awful place for less than 24 hrs before fue to a drastic change in his.pneumonia he had to go back to the hospital. In the first4 hours he was there he was basically ignored! A few days after he was discharged I received a call that a large amount of his possessions needed to be picked up,I was very confused by this as I was positive I had taken everything. A few days later …”

“It was good to see Janet and all the other residents entertained by Irish singer. So nice! Janet mentioned being treated with a delicious Shamrock Shake! Thank you Staff, Activity members and all Nurses for doing all you do in your caring ways! 💓☀️”
