“They take much too much time to answer their call when the patient pushes their button because of the patient's needs. When they do come in to ask the patient they don't look happy they just turn around and they leave but they do come back in 4 minutes or 5 minutes again not acceptable. We only been there four days and we do have a male nurse who understands and tends to her needs which is what we…”
