“I enjoy coming in to see staff and residents Weekly. Facility always Looks and smells good. Staff is always friendly and approachable. Tish and Martha have been very helpful as we have hospice patients here. Thank you, Copperas Cove Nursing Rehab for all you do.”

★Penelope Stone · 2025-08-29 · via Google

“I’m only rating one star because I have to. There are only two nurses / health aids that are good. Everyone else is rude as hell or dismissive. My grandmother experienced extreme neglect even though I expressed my concerns for MONTHS. Safe to say we removed her and I would not recommend this home to anyone.”
