Due to my mother’s stroke she couldn’t communicate, so I had to call everyday and bother the nurses for status updates since I am out of state. They were always so patience and professional with me, even at peak hours. The receptionist Amy was absolutely phenomenal! I went to visit last week and was greeted with the same warm and ca…”

Pure lack of compassion, respect and inability to meet one's basic need(s) of safety. On her behalf, I am writing to Medicare auditors, Joint Commission and State of Michigan Healthcare auditors. “I had some rehabilitation (from a back injury) at Kentridge. I thought the Nursing Assistants, Nurses, PT's,OT's, MTs, Secretaries, Managers, Chefs, (the food was really good)! Custodians, any folks I forgot and Doctors were excellent! Shout out to NAs: Myla, Thelma and Pauline for taking great care of me.”
