“HORRIBLE!! Some of the staff is so lovely, I will admit. The Head Cook is so sweet, very professional and definitely the only PRO in this building. Everything else is horrible, I have heard caregivers VERBALLY ABUSING OTHER RESIDENTS. Call lights take way too long, The owner is so rude and only cares about $$. And most of the staff that was so amazing is now gone. I wouldn’t recommend this place …”

“I was told and it’s advertised as having an excellent memory care unit. NOT THE CASE. I find that most employees are nice, but there is NO RN on memory care unit 24/7.
