“They really don’t even deserve the one star that they got. They left my grandmother in a chair for 10 hours a day with no therapy. Then when they’re approached about the situation, one of the nurses got shitty and hung up. I would never send any of my relatives to this facility again. The professionalism and everything went out the window once the well-being of my grandmother was mentioned”

“My 90 yr old mom has been here for over 2 years and the staff is always respectful and compassionate. The facility is clean and any health problems are always addressed quickly. I visit at least weekly and I have never heard anyone be unkind. I highly recommend if you are concerned about your loved one getting quality care. Thanks Coventry!”
