“Visited my daughter in Crown Park today 7/5/26. I found the place to very clean, absolutely no unpleasant odor. The staff was friendly, smiled even thought they weren’t even involved in her care at the time. I was very favorably impressed.”

Injuries were not disclosed to family. Hospice informed me that my mother had a skin tear on her elbow—the nursing home did not notify me or my brothe…”
