“I would leave 0 stars if I could. My grandmother was treated very poorly while in this facility’s care, and I would never recommend it to another family. There were multiple instances that left us deeply concerned. After we requested Tylenol for her, it was never given. Her lidocaine patches were not properly signed or dated.
