“Great inspection numbers from Medicare put them ahead of the pack. Initial registration was detailed and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Professional responsive staff throughout. Outstanding rehabilitation capacity with friendly, sensitive, dedicated, knowledge staff customizing the care for the patient's best outcome.”

“I would not recommend anyone put their loved one here in rehab nor the nursing home, cnas are nice at first and then they will talk trash about you and act like you are bothering them when you need something. The social workers there are not very helpful or friendly, and will not respond to emails at all. My mom passed away recently there and I feel they sped up the process. They need to be shut d…”

★★★★★Tracie Klepac · 2026-02-18 · via Google

“My aunt recently completed her 20 days for rehab following a lengthy hospital stay. She thought the people were nice and friendly. PT helped her regain her confidence in walking and OT helped her with routine tasks of life. The staff communicated with me often on her progress, which was wonderful. I am so thankful that she was able to return back home after completing her 20 days. Thanks Crowne!”
