“Dunklau had some very considerate and kind aides and we're clean. However the nursing staff was inconsiderate, rude, and harmful. One nurse rudely explained that she would not let my husband sit in his chair because the chair alarm went off one time. He had a persistent nose bleed that was passed off as his gums bleeding from dentures. Nurse said he couldn't use his dentures. He had blood building…”
